This is a wonderful hike, but is also on the advanced side. Squamish is an hour's drive from Vancouver, up the Sea to Sky Highway. Its a gorgeous drive and a wonderful hike to the top of the Stawamus Chief, with gorgeous views down Howe Sound Inlet. Please read all the descriptions online before hiking this route, as it is not a beginner's hike.

Hike the iconic Stawamus Chief trail while visiting Squamish. Choose from the 3 peaks for a very diverse and beautiful steep trail through the forest, alongside waterfalls and up onto the rocky peaks. Stunning views reward your efforts!

Prepare yourself for a leg burning workout! Test your fitness but climbing to the top of the Chief. You'll have three peaks to choose from. Peak 1 is the shortest but also the busiest. Challenge yourself to reach peak 2 or 3 for rewarding views of the sound.
