The Casa Milà, popularly called La Pedrera, is the last civil work of Antoni Gaudí. From the terrace of La Pedrera you can see the Sagrada Familia. As in the Casa Batlló terrace, the architect had a space where he could admire his most important work: the Sagrada Familia.

Point of Interest
“Casa Batlló is a building designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí, the highest representative of Catalan modernism. It is a comprehensive remodeling of a previously existing building on the site, the work of Emilio Sala Cortés. It is located at number 43 of Passeig de Gracia in Barcelona, the wide avenue that runs through the Ensanche district (Eixample), in the so-called Manzana de la discordia, because it houses, in addition to this building, other works by modernist architects: the Amatller house, which borders Gaudí's, the work of Josep Puig i Cadafalch; the Lleó Morera House, the work of Lluís Domènech i Montaner; the Casa Mulleras, by Enric Sagnier; and the Casa Josefina Bonet, by Marceliano Coquillat. The construction was carried out between the years 1904 and 1906”

Parque
“A green oasis located in the heart of the city, which has been a gathering point for life in the city since its creation in 1877. Indeed, when it first opened, it was only public park in the city. These days, it is home to an increasing amount of yoga groups, the Catalan Parliament and the Barcelona Zoo.Barcelona's vast city park houses a zoo, regional parliament, and plenty of sites and spots for lounging. Cascada Monumental, built with input from a young Gaudí, is a stunning golden waterfall that both wows and relaxes you. Ditto the serene boating lake beside it. Enter through the Arc de Triomf and the elaborate Modernist building to your right is Castell dels Tres Dragons, built by Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Currently closed for renovation, it was once the zoology museum. Another beautiful, yet no less mysterious, series of structures are the cast iron Umbracle (palm house) and Hivernacle (winter garden) in front. Go for an authentic slice of city-park life.  ✨To get there from our apartmets: take bus num. V19 or 19, bus stops are at the corner (all the trip about 16-20min).”

Museo de arte
“Surely "the" museum to visit in Barcelona. For the artist and for the building. Imagine Montcada Street, in the Gothic quarter, five mansions united to form a museum, lovely to visit. About Pablo Ruiz Picasso the museum is essential to understand his formative years. The genius of the young artist is revealed to us through more than 3,500 works that make up this permanent collection.”
