My favorite place to buy skipasses (usually slightly less queue than le Pleney) In order to speed up the process buy your skipasses online - they often have discounted prices. When you are not planning to "do" the full Portes du Soleil opt for a SuperMorzine and Avoriaz only pass, this will give you already plenty of fun! Be aware this does not include the Pleney-side of Morzine.

Super Morzine, (11min) Palais des Sports parking, also known as the parking for the swimming pool. Free or cheap parking depending on how long you stay, good access via a double lift to the Super Morzine lift.
