If you're looking for a nice day tour, you should definitely make your way to Materuni Village. Materuni is a village on Mt. Kilimanjaro. Please note: We highly recommend to go to Materuni Waterfall with a local guide. They know the proper way and can tell a lot of stories about the village and its beautiful nature. Its definitely worth the small money. For further information or any contacts, just get back to us and we will share our friends number. Advice: Make sure to be dressed properly. Since Materuni is located in a higher area, bring a sweater and sneaker.

if you want to hike on the slopes of mount Kilimanjaro, this is the best place to visit. 1 hour walking from Car parking to the fall.

Materuni waterfalls is located on the northern part of Moshi town in Materuni village. It is the last village before Kilimanjaro national park and it is only 15 Km from Moshi town. You travel on both a tarmac and rough roads; there are a number of different options for transportation modes to reach Materuni.
