A good traditional if expensive local restaurant. White tablecloths, formal service and room but there is one waiter there who has a wonderful charming unstuffy way that makes you feel at home.

If you want a real gastronomic blow out in Limoux this is the place to go. Jean-Luc the chef-patron produces some fantastic food. If you want a less expensive meal go at lunchtime.
