Beautiful park, in the middle of the park there is a public library. The park has workout equipment, basketball courts, roller skating area and playground for children to play.

中永和區最大的公園飛鼠4號公園莫屬，別名八二三炮戰紀念公園，園區有一蓄洪池及台灣圖書館，不定期舉但展覽活動。
