Look out for the little board that says ‘beach access’ to take the left. Drive on the beach to park and enjoy or park in the parking lot!

Matagorda Beach can be quiet and relaxing some days but get busy during important Holidays. Come and enjoy a fun day with friends and family. Almost warm all year round in Texas!

Matagorda Beach is 23 miles long. Great shell collecting! I personally love to search for sea glass! Surf fishing at it’s best! You may catch trout, redfish or even a shark!

Matagorda Beach is Texas's best kept secret...24 miles of sand, sea and sea shells...but sshhh don't let the secret out! The beach is beautiful and a favorite place for our guests to soak up the sun, fish, collect seashells and simply spend time with family and friends.

Another beach we have visited to go fishing. There's a store near the beach that sells cheap live crabs. Yum!
