Minutes away, this park branches into the Katy trail which is trafficked with runners, bikers and people out for walk in the woods. The recreation area has a dog park near by and a great playground for kids.

The most beautiful way to access the Missouri-Kansas Trail (MKT), and full of delights on your way there, including dog parks for large or small dogs, a water park for the littles, benches for watching the sunset and picnic pavilions.
