The museum on it's own is really great, but the entire area and surroundings are fantastic. It's very close to the beach, there is a beutifull hiking area in the woods, and several great viewpoints

It’s located a bit out of the city center, but it’s worth the trip! Historical museum with focus on Danish history from the stone age to the Middle ages. There is also a changing ethnographical exhibition. Remember to pack a lunch box and visit the beach and forest. Moesgård Alle 15, 8270 Højbjerg. Take bus 18 from Park Allé. It takes apro. 30 minutes.
