Cuba Hostels

The basketball courts at the corner of 23rd and B streets in the El Vedado are filled with spontaneous games from daybreak on. As the sun goes down, and the weather cools off, the players get stronger and more competitive. This is the only lit court in Havana and in winter, when the sun sets sooner, the lights come on around 6pm. Locals set up around the court and sell drinks and durofrios, popsicles, to the players.
