Great sunset watching w/ benches, trail heads are just down the road in the neighborhood, miles of hiking trails or stay on the new pedestrian paved pathways and enjoy the view.

Primary Access to the Bluff Trail system is located along High Dive, however, there is another permitted access point located just 2 properties to the South (simply walk around the South side of our Parking lot to access).

High Drive Parkway Trail is a 9.7 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Spokane, Washington that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

With over 20 miles of trails, the bluff is the perfect spot for anything from a morning stroll to a grueling mountain bike ride. It is also an ideal location for hiking, dog-walking, and watching the sunset.
