Family owned sandwich shop. Leave plenty of time to stroll through downtown Waco after you eat!

So good! Ideal for lunch. The story I’ve always heard it the original restauranteurs had a disagreement as split into Schmaltzs and Schloctzkys! We think Schmaltzs is way better ;) There are two locations; 5th and Austin which is downtown and closest to the ABnB or 621 N Valley Mills
