Grab some sugar.. My favorite is the chicken salad because tasty and always fresh. BBQ hot sandwich also amazing!

Just outside the building, you can find this nice little place for coffee, donuts, sandwiches. Whether you're on your own or meeting with a friend - this place is suitable!
