There’s tons of coffee options in the area, but this is my go-to spot to get caffeinated. It’s nice but not fancy, and I really like that everything they serve is organic. I recommend a simple black drip. That what I order 9 out of 10 times. If you don’t do dairy and you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary, they have a house-made cashew milk which is really nice.

This roastery/coffee shop opened in LA's Venice neighborhood 30 years ago and has expanded to several locations in the city and Portland, where they have a second roastery. Excellent excellent coffees and house-made baked goods. Grab and go items available. In a simple and modern space with a sidewalk tables back patio to relax in!
