Awesome views - a pond covered in lily pads and a large lake with a few patches and amazing views. Chipmunks run up to you at the large lake. You can easily take the free bus up to Wilderness Trail Head, hike to the lake and hike all the way back down. It's about 5.3 miles total & my 8 year old did it.

This is one of the 'easier' hikes around, with big payoffs! Walk to a gorgeous mountain lake with a side 'lily pad' pond. Find the trailhead in 'Wildernest' - about a 15 minute drive from Keystone. This trail is has some rocky areas, so it might not be for everyone.

Snowshoeing - Lily Pad Lake (Eagle’s Nest Wilderness) - Easy 3 mi, but can be crowded on the weekends.

Great hike for families, but go early before the crowds hit. Beautiful trail through the trees and then you arrive at beautiful Lily Pad Lake with all the floating lilypads.

Easy hike with beautiful scenery along the way. A very small parking lot, so the best bet is to take the free summit stage bus.
