One of the finest restaurants Tel Aviv, although you must book in advance, sometimes weeks ahead, Mashya is definitely worth it. The breakfasts are served buffet style while dinners are a-la-carte. One of the best options is the "surprise" meal, which consists of several dishes, chosen randomly by the chef, cook or waiter, and has a fixed price.
