Swim, sunbath, diving, and children’s play areas are offered here, along with tennis courts located in the park adjacent to the beach area. This is a nice quite spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning.

Lovely local park with swimming and diving monitored by lifeguards in the summer. We like to lay out on the grassy hills in the sun and soak in the views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier

A great city beach to visit. It's often packed during summer, but you might get lucky and snag a spot mid-afternoon before the after-work rush. There are a number of great eateries just up the street, too.

Great little beach on Lake Washington, with a playground for kids as well. You can swim in the water and even take a dive off the 15+ feet diving board in the middle of the lake!

This is the go to "beach" for everyone! If it's above 70 degrees, this is the place to be. Oh, don't be surprised if you see everyone sun bathing on the grass -- that's Seattle style. It's easy to take a bus here. The swimming is good.
