La Chiapaneca is easy to find because of its bright orange walls, chairs and tables, but mostly because of its crowd! Located on the corner on the south end of town, you almost always encounter a line of people waiting for the best tacos al pastor in town. Well known among locals and tourists, this Taco stand has become a must if you are looking for some authentic tacos al Pastor or typical food from the Yucatan area, such as Panuchos and Salbutes.

Probably the most famous spot in town. Local waiters don’t speak English so try to brush up on your spanish. Order your tacos and then head to the middle of the restaurant to add your own toppings (guacamole, spicy sauce, radishes, lettuce, etc)
