It does not make the condo arctic cold but they will keep it at a decent temperature.

Enjoy Kona coffee on the lanai, walk to the beach or nearby shops. We provide beach gear too. The space honors the volcanic rock of the island. Note: no A/C, and bugs may visit. We spray regularly with safe, eco-friendly products to help keep them to a minimum.
