This house is within walking distance to many of Nashville's best restaurants, bars and music venues as well as to Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. Downtown Broadway is a inexpensive 5 minute Uber ride. It is definitely one of the most centrally located homes you will find in Nashville with fenced in backyard and outdoor entertainment spaces.
