We have created a purpose built one-bedroom annexe with your own front door and designated parking. Finished to a very high specification for the perfect relaxing holiday. A variety of teas/coffees/milk in the fridge, cereals and instant porridge also available. Close to the village, a brisk 10 minute walk and ample walking routes right from the front door.

NEWLY BUILT fully electric ECO cottage run by solar panels. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, OPEN PLAN house that can sleep a family of 5 (adults & children) or 4 adults. (king size bed, double sofa bed & small double pull out bed). In addition to this we have a travel cot available. A 5-10 min walk to the villages attractions and well located for visiting the rest of the Cotswolds. Cheltenham Race Course is 14 miles, 30 minute drive.

Our private suite consists of 3 connecting rooms. Bedroom with double and single beds, lounge with sofa, TV, dining table and bathroom. Entry is via your own front door opening in to the lounge. Coffee/tea making facilities and small fridge only. No cooking facilities but crockery available for take-aways. Situated in a very quite cul-de-sac yet just minutes from Bourton-on-the-Water high street. Dogs welcome with own bedding.
