The Westbrook overlooks historic Trinity Square, is centrally located and just a couple of minutes' walking distance to Margate's vibrant Old Town with its lively restaurants and bars, Winter Gardens, Turner gallery and Margate's sandy beaches. Margate station is within walking distance and other great beaches such as Botany Bay and Westbrook Bay are nearby. The Westbrook is the top (4th) floor of an 18th century building so there's a few flights of steps up and low ceilings when you get there.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.
