This space is completely private and separate from the main residence. It has a king size bed, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and living area with flat screen and cable. Vaulted ceilings with thick wooden beams give the apartment a spacious feel. The floor is done in a terra cotta Mexican tile; the decor is bright and funky. French doors open to a private courtyard area connected to covered parking. It's located in historic Inglewood/East Nashville. The quiet neighborhood is covered with mature trees and is just one block from the Cumberland River. It feels like you are far from the big city, but in reality, you are minutes from Opry Mills and downtown Nashville. Hip restaurants, coffee shop, pub, and public transit are just blocks away. **We are huge child and animal lovers, but our space is not safe for children. We have a no child under 12 policy, and a not pet policy. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way from it all! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, or just resting. Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).

This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.
