The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

This home is located in horse country with gorgeous views, hiking and fishing in the nearby stream. This area is a special place where members of the Hillsboro Hounds gather to ride their horses in the English tradition known as Fox Hunting. Take a ride through the neighborhood and view many of the beautiful homes and barns that host these events.

It is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and UT so you can experience all downtown has to offer or just go to the games. If outdoors is more your thing it is only about 5-10 minutes away from I C King Park and 10-15 minutes away from Ijams and the greenways both places offer the finest biking and hiking trails.
