The suite does not have a kitchen but a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and mini refrigerator are provided in the dining room. Sleeping Arrangements 1 Bedroom- The bedroom is located on main level and has a king size bed with Brooklyn Bedding mattress. There is an attached full bath. Walk, Bike, Car (Uber or Lyft), Joy Ride, Music City Bus (this is a free Metro bus and has a drop off and pick-up locations 2 blocks from the house. No smoking on the premises. No parties or loud activities allowed. No outside guests are allowed to stay overnight. No pets allowed. Do not put luggage on the beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. This home has been lovingly restored. Please treat it with respect. Germantown is a mix use neighborhood with residents and businesses. Please respect neighbors and the neighborhood by keeping noise at a respectable level (especially when coming and going at night) and not littering the streets.
