The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Das Haus liegt in einem Ortsteil auf dem Land, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Nach Wertheim Reinhardshof ca. 6 km, Wertheim Stadtmitte 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. Zum Taubertal-Radweg ca. 2 km, zum Maintal-Radweg ca. 10 km. Die Umgebung, Spessart u. Odenwald sind bei Wanderern sehr beliebt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in näherer Umgebung. Gerne helfen wir bei der Planung Ihrer Ausflüge. Im Dorf gib es eine Bäckerei m. Lebensmitteln. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 6 km entfernt.

Alte Dorfkirche

Die ehemalige Dorfkirche liegt in einem 1.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mitten im Dorf Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Von allen Seiten umschlossen ist es ein idealer Rückzugsort, ohne „aus der Welt zu sein“. In der Morgensonne vor der Sakristei, auf der Kirchenmauer am Nachmittag oder abends unter Obstbäumen. Im unteren Turmzimmer auf der Couch, im oberen Turmzimmer – dem ehemaligen Glockenraum – beim Beobachten der Vögel. Es findet sich immer ein nettes Plätzchen.

Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Die helle und zentrale Wohnung befindet sich direkt zwischen dem Ringpark und Südbahnhof Würzburgs. Ausgerichtet ist sie für bis zu vier Übernachtungsgäste. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1.60m breites Bett und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch mit ebenfalls 1.60m Breite. Die Küche ist grundausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt neben einer geräumigen Duschwanne ebenfalls über einen Waschtrockner, wodurch auch längere Aufenthalte möglich sind.
