(Edit 22/12/25: Unfortunately we were affected by the recent fires in Dolphin Sands. Our block was burned, but the Lighthouse itself was saved by firefighters. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
