Very comfortable two-bedroom guest house only minutes from the edge of the city of Tamworth. The fully self contained, air-conditioned guest house is set in a beautiful, established garden on a working farm. Separate from the 100-year-old homestead, it has its own entrance and parking. Basic Rooms A simple stay in the country with basically everything you could need. A double bed allows these smaller rooms to accomodate 1 or 2 travellers. Best for overnight stays or workers visiting the area. Each room includes: • Private ensuite • Fridge, TV, microwave, and kettle • Cutlery and crockery And access to: • A shared kitchen • Pool • Games room • Laundry Our cool and comfortable room with ensuite provides gorgeous views of our 660 acre sheep and cattle farm.

A very comfortable queen room in a large family home close to Tamworth . Access to a fully equipped kitchen throughout your stay plus relaxing deck with barbque available if desired. The bathroom is convenient to your room. Fifteen to twenty minutes from town; the country music capital; AELEC a short drive. Our home is set on 165 acres, quiet and private, with a pool. Possible to accommodate horses and safe spaces for dogs also.

Back Creek Farm Cottage

Back Creek is 3500 acres of open paddocks and bush mountains with lots of wildlife to look out for. The cottage is over a 100 years old in parts but is nicely renovated. Please be aware we are off-grid with a new solar system with diesel backup installed August 2020. The kitchen is modern with a convection microwave and gas cook top but no oven.
