Jonkmanshof @20 Bath - Suite 1

Jonkmanshof is a beautifully-restored Cape Dutch heritage house built in 1854 in the small, picturesque town of Montagu. It is the oldest inhabited house in the town. Jonkmanshof - 20 Bath was recently featured by Condé Nast Traveller as the coolest farmhouse to rent in South Africa and is also featured in the Elle Decoration, France. Doorways Self Catering

This unit has a small alcove kitchenette equipped with microwave/convection/ grill combination oven, an induction plate, small fridge, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities. The king size bed can also be made up as two singles if required. The bathroom en suite has a bath and shower, toilet and washbasin. The room opens onto a private deck with a view of the river and surrounding hills. In addition, you have access to a common dining room/ lounge area exclusively reserved for guests.

Cypress Cottage Guest House - Family room

Welcome to Cypress Cottage Guesthouse in the heart of Swellendam. The Family Self Catering Unit accommodates 4 people. It comprises of two separate inter-leading rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The latter room has a small dining and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a wood fire Dover stove and a stove top for cooking. Please note: this unit does not include breakfast. We have a Labrador that is very friendly and playful and 2 cats.

Each with a private patio. The lodge has a secluded swimming pool with sundeck and loungers.

Doorways Room 2

This bedroom has a queen sized bed with an en suite shower, basin and toilet. The room looks out over the vineyard and gets wonderful morning sunshine. It opens out onto a verandah which is shared by Doorways Room 2 and the Doorways self-catering unit and the guest lounge/dining room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the guest bedroom. Free WiFi available in the room.
