The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. Our Shepherds Hut is situated on our 25 acre farm. It’s located in a secluded spot at the bottom of our garden near to the apple and oak trees. There is plenty of wildlife to see. Watch the sun and moon rise from the windows of our hut. Enjoy the raised decking, with the amazing wood fired large hot tub with hydromassager and led lights. Comfy rattan furniture for lazy days in the sun, and fire pit for toasting Marsh mellows, and enjoying the lovely surroundings and country side views

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

We pride ourselves on offering a luxurious stay - comfy beds, crisp linens, a rainfall shower, a woodburner and pretty cottage garden. Note. We are fully compliant with the updated Government Fire Regulations for Holiday Lets in effect from October 2023.

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.

Situated in a semi-rural location at the end of a long gravel track but only a couple of miles away from the lovely town of Lymington. Also near to the vibrant village of Milford-on-Sea and the New Forest National Park. Great location for exploring on bikes. The Hideaway has all you need to re-wind and re-set, a cosy bolt hole with a courtyard garden for warmer days.

Easy access to the pretty Beaulieu River, Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu motor museum and the coast. Local village pub a 20 minute walk away.

Hackney Park Coach House

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement.
