It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a new fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV

A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

Our guest house is located next to our own home, it is self-contained and has its own entrance. It has a living space, a bedroom, en suite shower room, kitchenette area and private decking. The decking is northerly facing and looks out over fields, hills and the Swanage steam railway track which only 10 metres away! Guests will see steam trains and diesels going past in daylight hours. The guest home is cosy and practical and suitable for up to 4 adults or families with up to 2 children.

Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large sitting room with a dining table and guest bed (for up to 2 people) which doubles as a sofa. There is also a small kitchen.
