Lovely apartment close to city center. Large heated outdoor & indoor pools across the street and short walks to public/tour bus stops. Botanic garden and petting zoo close by and bakery, supermarket, hot dog stand, ice cream etc within 2-10 min walk. Usually, I only rent out 1 room in my apartment but for a period in Dec 2025-Jan 2026 I will be away so guests will have it all to themselves. This rental is for two separate houses: Each house has 2 rooms and full bathrooms with showers so 4 rooms total for up to 9 people.. Location is on a large private land far from other houses. Outside there is geothermal hot tub always on. Fully equipped kitchen, and outside BBQ. Located on the Golden Circle near Geysir. Great for outdoor hiking to amazing places and great dark spot in the winter for Northern Lights viewing. A 4x4 is important to access the house in the winter.

The apartment is situated just 6 minutes drive from the airport and 15- 20 minutes form the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with both outdoor and indoor swimming pools in 3 minutes walk from us, there is also a big playground area.There is a small shoppingcenter, Krossmói in about 8 minutes walking distance. There you can find ATM, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, resturants and other shops. There is also the town bus center (it is outside and there are no servicekiosk).

Our home ís 70 m2 and includes a foyer, Kitchen and dining area two bedrooms and a bathroom. The Kitchen comes fully equipped which includes á fridge and freezer, dishwacher and microwave oven. In the dining room there ís á couch and a TV. From the lounge there is a small porch with á BBQ. Wi-Fi is included . Bathroom has a shower a bath tub, laundry machine and a dryer. Swimming pool, shop and a restaurant in close vicinity. In the home you will find á further information.

Charming house, romantic, spacious and beautiful!

The house (HG-00002635) is centrally located in southeast Iceland, close t the Golden Circle and to all major attractions and places of interest, beautiful nature all around. It is located in the small town Fludir, the last house on a small, dead end street, very peaceful. Great mountain view and good opportunity to see the northern lights in winter. Ideal for big families or groups. Outdoor swimming pools nearby, organic, fresh products from local farmers and grocery store in town.

Gamla pósthúsið er mjög falleg íbúð sem við innréttuðum 2023 með fallegu útsýni yfir Ytri Rangá. Hella is very well located in the south. It is a short drive to many beautiful places. It’s really fun to stay in Hella for a few days and take a day trip to all the main places in the south. It is no problem to see the northern lights on Hella and if you drive 5-10 minutes you get out of all the street lights and manage to enjoy them even more.
