The Old Reading Room West Stafford, Dorset.

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Set within its own private garden with unspoilt views of Galton Farm overlooking Moreton forest and Tadnoll Heath. Ten minutes drive to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Ringstead Bay. Plenty of coastal and country walks to choose from. The barn consists of one bedroom with a superking bed. Large bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area all delightfully decorated.

Laurel Cottage is a charming 300 year old thatched cottage in the heart of the picturesque village of Sutton Poyntz on the outskirts of the seaside resort town of Weymouth. The interior has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard combining a modern kitchen and bathrooms with the period character of the cottage. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles (1 en-suite) and 2 twins. There is a large living room and separate dining room. Bed linen and towels are included.

The Hot Tub sits four adults and is free Tucked into the perimeter hedgerows and native trees of a hillside meadow, the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Watch the red deer at dawn, light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Exmoor National Park as you sip a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz
