About a block away from the front door is one of the three private crabbing/fishing docks, kayak launch and marina! Enjoy walking or biking along the water and trails throughout the community. This renovated beach front home (with an EV Charger) sits on 3/4 of an acre and is as much about the indoors as it is about the outdoors. It boasts heated marble floors, towel warmers and LED mirrors with built-in defoggers in the bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 5 distinct outdoor spaces to suit the mood or the occasion. For the water sports enthusiast, there's plenty of room to launch your kayak, a day sailer or even a catamaran.

The Creek Suite is a special place Private entrance. Nicely decorated the suite has a beautiful relaxing Sunroom with an outstanding view of the creek and all the wildlife. Comfortable seating has a comfortable king bed and TV with cable the kitchenette is custom with a two burner hot plate small refrigerator. There is an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and both kcups and fresh coffee beans and grinder. The bath has a stall shower. We will have fresh eggs for you from our chickens

Sunny Studio in Rehoboth Beach

Hi! Our studio apartment is perfect for those looking for a quiet and cozy get-away. It is centrally located between Rehoboth and Lewes and very close to rt 1 and rt 24. The studio has a private entrance on the left side of our house. It consists of one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed, a comfy loveseat, and a walk-in closet. A double sink bathroom has plenty of shelving for towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking for 1 car.
