Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Here you can relax with the whole family or it’s a perfect getaway for 2. From Spring to early winter we’ll have mini goats and free range rabbits & chickens. The creek is perfect for tubing on a hot summer day.Have a picnic in the trees next to the water.Just a mile away is an ice cream/petting zoo and greenhouse with amish gifts. Fieldstone Farm Vacation Rental on Lake Montrose

A beautifully restored early vacation home on Lake Montrose that offers guests private lakefront access directly from the house for boating, fishing and swimming. Kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat and a 28 foot dock are available for your enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the large back deck and lawn area overlooking the lake and the Montrose Golf Club. You have lake frontage just across the road on a 19 acre non motorboat lake. You can kayak, fish or swim here. Our cabin has all the amenities you need including water, electric, grill, outdoor picnic table and fire pit. The cabin is small, cozy and one to remember!!! We have two kayaks, paddle boat and new dock for you to enjoy.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
