Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, approximately 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is the perfect location to unwind and decompress. Your young kids and/or dog will agree. Enjoy all Wyman lake has to offer from your large private shoreline and dock. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or try your hand at smoking meat on the pellet smoker and propane grill combo. Please note GPS is not reliable. You must use the directions provided after booking.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Walk to Fotter's grocery, Backstrap Grill, both just a stone's throw away. Here, in the center of Stratton, in the western mountains of Maine, an 8 mile drive to Sugarloaf and 27 miles to Saddleback. Whether you're here to ski, cycle, swim, snowmobile, hike or anything else you can think of, this region will provide the opportunity.

Mahoney Manor

My father executed his vision and built Mahoney Manor from the ground up. What started as a "camp" eventually became his full-time home before his untimely death in 2018. Nestled in the woods at the base of Ira Mountain just minutes from Sugarloaf and along the Carrabassett River, Emmett created a sanctuary. He spent the last years of his life "developing" two empty lots into a Zen-like nature trail system with hand made bridges and benches perfect for 4-season walking or snowshoeing.

Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season you can enjoy fresh vegetables from our gardens.

River House in West Forks trail access ITS 86 & 87

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.
