The first bedroom has two comfy single beds that can be made up as a king size bed and the second bedroom a standard UK double (please specify requirements at point of booking) . Travel cot & booster seat are also available upon request.

Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

The Barton Annexe - Twin beds or double bed Studio

About 6 miles from Glastonbury with choice of either twin beds or double bed it is close to Somerton, Sreet, Glastonbury, Castle Cary and Shepton Mallet , A single storey property, with own access and entrance ideal for 1-2 persons with plenty of off road parking. Set in a quiet village location,with local pub, mini supermarket and petrol station it is just minutes from the A303 and A37 and an ideal base to use, to tour this lovely part of England. We provide milk on arrival +tea & coffee.

The Wheelwrights Workshop

The Wheelwrights Workshop is located at the end of an old barn which has since been converted into this lovely self catering cottage that sleeps two. Please note currently we are offering this cottage at a reduced rate as outside the main door of the cottage there is another old barn which is yet to be converted and due to that there is a little clutter. Rest assured though once inside the cottage you will not notice it and the bedroom window has views of the Tor our only cottage that does.

Henley House Annex - Rooms with a view

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Butleigh, Glastonbury nr Millfield Entire Annexe

This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the stunning village Butleigh, 5 mins Millfield School and walking distance to centre of village, church, PO shop and cricket grounds. Close to Glastonbury and Street with fantastic walks and cycling in the area. It is open planned but Perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children. Well behaved dogs considered max of 2 (pls check before booking your dogs will mix with ours!)

This stylish coach style place to stay is perfect for groups, family visits or business trips. Set over two floors, kitchen downstairs with private courtyard and living area and bedrooms upstairs. Set in the heart of the high street, a short walk away from Clark’s village and the town centre where you will find plenty of places to shop and eat. It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore the area with tourist attractions such as Glastonbury, Glastonbury tor or the festival.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Welcome to our beautiful home on Wearyall Hill in Glastonbury! A peaceful retreat with dedicated parking, but only a 5 minute walk from the town centre, offering stunning views of the Somerset levels and Tor. Open plan living and a fully-equipped kitchen make for great entertaining, 3 stylish bedrooms, a bathroom and downstairs loo provide ample convenience. Relax in Myrtle Cottage at The Old Thatch, Pitney

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

The Pear Tree is a light, airy annexe and adjoins a large country house on the outskirts of Street in Somerset. Only a mile from the town centre yet surrounded by fields and a cider orchard. The tree lined drive leads to the main house and three acres of garden. Own entrance, private terrace and parking. Open plan living room, wood stove, TV, large futon. Large, well equipped spacious kitchen. Two bedrooms (sleeps four), family bathroom and downstairs shower room.
