Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. The Studio at Drumshang House is a 2 bedroom annex that was an artist studio due to the wonderful views over the Forth of Clyde is approx 8 miles from Ayr and lies on the coast road having walking access to the coast with its beaches and the Coastal Path walk is a place to get away from it all. Situated in a rural location surrounded by farms the village of Dunure is only a short drive or walk away with a picturesque harbour that has featured in the Outlander series a pub and wonderful cafe

IT IS DECORATED THROUGHOUT THE SEASONS.

Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Balbeg Cottage located on the edge of Balbeg Estate sleeps 8 across 4 spacious bedrooms. Balbeg Cottage has recently undergone a full renovation with newly fitted appliances and fixings throughout. The property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles with ensuites, 2 twin rooms, family bathroom, porch and large open plan kitchen/dining/living room offerings stunning views across the valley. If you’re lucky you may see the local deer grazing during the morning hours, a real treat!

Sunnyside Cottage, Straiton

SA-00195-F Charming 250 year-old Main Street cottage set in the conservation village of Straiton (Ayrshire), part of the Galloway & Southern Ayrshire UNESCO Biosphere. This characterful cottage has a homely feel with spacious rooms. Being on the main street the property is ideally situated for the village community shop, The Buck (coffee shop), The Black Bull (pub), church, playpark and local bus-stop. The cottage has recently undergone refurbishment and decoration.

Grooms Cottage

Sleeps 6 – 3 large double bedrooms Part of the former castle stable block, Groom’s Cottage is one of four set around a courtyard. Take two steps up to enter the spacious open plan living area which features a warming open log fire. Head up the wooden stairs to discover two king-size double bedrooms, whilst up a further five steps is a third king-size room. All bedrooms boast an en-suite shower room and many rooms have views over the castle grounds.

Gemilston Studio is set on the edge of a conservation village in the grounds of former manse. Charming, secluded, close to the Community Shop and Cafe. Sunny terrace, access to large garden. Beautiful rolling country. Local activities - golf, walking, star gazing, wild swimming, riding, fishing, cycling; near beaches, Galloway Forest Park, Culzean Castle, Dumfries House & Burns Museum. Ten minutes from Dalduff and Blairquhan wedding venues.

Kyle Lodge at The Old Church, secluded retreat

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
