Our quiet, peaceful apartment features modern kitchen, pantry, large living room, work-space area, breakfast nook, back yard, street parking, 5 minutes to Haggin Museum, University of the Pacific, Dameron Hospital, Dignity Health/St. Joseph's Hospital. 15 minutes to SJ County Hospital, Lodi Wineries and restaurants, 45 minutes to Sacramento, to Livermore Premium Outlets, 90 minutes to San Francisco or to the Napa Valley Wine Train. While on vacation resting and relaxing here is an easy option.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

While we are getting our organic farm up and going we are offering special pricing. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It’s a modern studio in a country setting but only minutes away from downtown Lodi. The space has a private entrance with an exclusive deck. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Allow the photos to speak to you. Welcome to our home, our Desiderata! My husband and I are busy empty nesters. I am a retired RN and a constant gardener. My husband works from home. We are easy going and are available when needed via text or in person.

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Casita is in a secured gated community with security patrol in Manteca. Casita has a separate private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a full bathroom. AC unit is controlled in the main house, not in the casita. Room 1: king size bed with double doors leading to the living room. Room 2: queen size bed There is a walk in closet, full bathroom with a shower. Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate -Please note there is NOT a full kitchen-
