Welcome to our ideally located and well optimized 4 bedroom home, walking distance from miles of hiking/mountain biking trails and a quick drive to the lake and Heavenly Village. Hot tub, air conditioning, 10 beds, 2 living areas, pool and foosball tables, 5 smart TVs, YouTube TV subscription, fireplace, equipped kitchen, large dining table, high speed internet, and plenty of space for the entire group. We're allowed to host 8, plus extra children under 6 years old, and we have beds for 14.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. A short walk or drive to Nevada Beach and Round Hill Beach. Quick access to South Lake Tahoe, casinos, restaurants, and Heavenly Gondola to hit the slopes. Also, relax in our 6-person hot tub! Please note, we have an onsite caretaker in a separate apartment on the first floor that can assist with your stay as needed.
