We're off the beaten path, but near Magnolia & the Silos, Baylor, Cameron Park Zoo, ExtraCo Event Center, Downtown Waco, Spice Village, Texas Ranger Museum, and the Dr. Pepper Museum

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. We have raised 5 kids and over 300 foster kids on this ranch. It has seen it share of victories and its share of defeats. Heard much laughter and seen many tears. It is a foundation we call home.
