Features a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, under counter fridge and hot plate stove. There’s a BBQ grill on the front deck which steps down to the beach and patio with fire pit overlooking the bay. There’s also a deck with 60’ of dock and a boat launch, Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use. Includes wifi and parking. Seasonal rental available from May 1 through Oct 15

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.
