Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

The Copper Lodge

River front property with plenty of parking! The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 King and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is a fire pit that guests are able to use. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is nearby.

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting.
