Our beautiful home is located right above the harbor of the lovely village of Spiez. Near the house lies a quiet park through which the train station and the local town can be reached within 5 walking minutes. The harbor with access to the lake and different restaurants is also very close and only a few minutes away. There are so many things to do in the region - and Spiez is the ideal spot to start! Interlaken with all its activities is reachable by train in not more than 20 min.

Beim Mietobjekt handelt es sich um eine 3-Zimmerwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht (Seeseite). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock. Sie ist kinderfreundlich (Galerie als Kinderspielzimmer). Der Wald befindet sich in 50 m Entfernung. Die Nichtraucherwohnung verfügt über WLAN und Gästeparkplatz. Meine Gäste erhalten gratis die Thunersee Panoramacard, welche verschiedene Vergünstigungen bietet. Es ist eine Delizio Kaffemaschine vorhanden (Kapseln im Migros oder Coop erhältlich)
