There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.

We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need
