A beautiful renovated apartment in the heart of Paroikia (Paros), located in the traditional settlement, surrounded by the lovely alleys of the island. The apartment offers a spacious private balcony at the top, where you will be able to relax and enjoy the amazing view of Parikia! Suitable especially for couples and 3 or 4 members family! It takes one minute on foot to be in the central road of Paroikia with the shops, bars and restaurants and 10-15 minutes to the port of Paros.

This is an historical building protected by the archeologia of Rethymno so all the restoration have been very respectful of the place, trying to keep the soul of the house. The staircase, the wooden floor, the kioski, the stone sink and fornitures are made by hand by local artisans and by using the traditional material of the island.
