Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. The Barn at Lees Farm is Nestled in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ironbridge Gorge. This rural retreat offers annex accommodation attached to a the barn dating from 1830. Fantastic position for Geo-caching, Walking, Mountain Biking and Canoeing. Ironbridge is a 35 minute walk away and there are pubs close by but I would suggest Summer walking distance or a lunchtime visit if walking. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our Shepherds Hut is sat on a farm in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, surrounded by fields, farms and public footpaths for country walks. The lane is also on a cycle path. You will be surrounded by far reaching views of the countryside with stunning sunsets and sunrises. Outside seating for alfresco dining, a fire pit for those cooler evenings (great for cooking those marshmallows). The hut is fully equipped with all you’ll need.

It benefits from being completely on its own with its nearest neighbours being our flocks of miniature sheep and laying ducks.
