Discover your lost connection with nature. Feel the deep solitude and bliss. Cottage yard includes 3 accommodation buildings. Cottage has a 2-person sofa bed and 140 cm Ikea two person bed. Sauna dressing room has 1 bed, and the sleeping shed has 3 single beds. Each single bed is 70 cm wide. No drinkable tab water available and no water in kitchen. Sauna has water tab & shower. No water toilet with water tab, only traditional dry toilet available. Gas grill and rowing boat included.

Villa Niemelä sijaitsee Parikkalan Melkoniemessä Simpelejärven rannalla. Viilennys ilmalämpöpumpulla. Ulkoporeamme koko perheen helmi Tarjoamme 7 kalastusvenettä Lowrancella ja Minkotalla 70 / pv. Tervetuloa kalastusretkelle Niemelään. Kalastajat saaneet isoja kuhia ja haukia. Huvila on hyvin varusteltu nykyaikaiseen lomanviettoon. Pohjapiirros kuvista voit katsoa tarkemmin huonetilat. Rannassa on erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna, pukuhuone ja takkatupa jossa kesällä voi kaksi nukkua.

Stay in our spacious home on the shores of Saimaa, enjoy the relaxation of the beach sauna and the ever-changing landscape. Suitable for remote workers and especially for families with children. There are air heat pumps in both floors, so it is comfortable to stay even it is heat outside. You can get to the berry and mushroom fields directly from the yard. There are different kinds of hobby tools for children: football and ice hockey goals, frisbee-golf basket and two sup-boards.

Pihamökki Arvo

Rentoudu tässä rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä tilassa. Historiallisen Löydön Kartanon 1800 luvulla rakennettu pihamökki. Remontoitu majoituskäyttöön ja tässä Arvo nimisessä mökissä on jääkaappi, mikrouuni, TV ja oma kylpyhuone joten tässä voi asua kauemminkin. Löydön Kartanon rantasaunassa voit käydä yleisillä sunavuoroilla maksutta (sauna ei ole käytössä pakkasten aikana talvella). Rannalla on lisäksi soutuveneitä joita voit käyttää maksutta.

Valoisa huvila Saimaan rannalla lähellä Puumalan kylää (n.18km). Huvilan suurista ikkunoista avautuu upea näkymä kauniisiin maisemiin. Huvilasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta neljälle sekä lisävuoteet kahdelle. Keittiö ja olohuone ovat yhteistä tilaa. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu. Syrjäinen sijainti tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja hiljaisuutta lomailuun. Mikäli kaipaat lomasi aikana siivousta, huvilan oma robotti-imuri hoitaa sen puolestasi :)

Moderni avokeittiö, tilava olohuone, 2 makuuhuonetta, pukuhuone, pesuhuone, sauna, wc, tilavat yläkerran makuutilat (2 sänkyä). Ilmainen WiFi. Mukavuutta tähän huvilaan tuovat lattialämmitys kaikissa huoneissa, ilmalämpöpumppu, astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

Villa Niki

Beautiful home on the shores of Malonen-Saimaa. The place is very quiet and the lake has a good opportunity to see the Saimaa ringed seal. The ringed seal lives in the surrounding area. The lake has good fishing opportunities. In sunny weather, the sun shines all day. The village shop is about 4 km away and the distance to the center of Sulkava is about 24 km.

Tilava loft- yksiö isolla kylpyhuoneella 1800 luvun lopulla rakennetussa vanhassa varuskunnan leipomossa, keskustan kupeessa, Saimaan rannalla upeiden ulkoilureittien äärellä. Tila täysin saneerattu 2010 tämän päivän vaatimukset täyttäväksi.
