Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.

This special place is close to everything in the Puyallup / Sumner valley. Only 3 miles to the Western Washington Fairgrounds, 1/2 mile to Farm 12, and 2 miles to downtown Sumner making it easy to plan your visit. This 1 bed 1 bath guest house sits behind the "main" house on its own separate and private fenced lot, up above a storage garage. (Please note that there are stairs up into unit. )
