“RVR” is 5 peaceful acres in the country overlooking the Sioux River valley, just 3 mi north of the Sioux Falls city limits & I-29/I-90; 4 & 5 mi straight north of the Sanford Pentagon & Premier Center. Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck. Horseman's Hideout

Unique grainery on 10 acres converted to a cozy rustic living space. There is a bed on the main level and a bed in the loft area.This is on a hobby farm where you're likely to see dogs, free- range chickens, horses, and goats in the summer time. We have recently moved the Hideout to our new home! The ground around the guest house may be different but the view is relaxing and secluded. We love seeing your pets, but please keep them kenneled if you leave.

Luxury Ranch Stay

Be our guest on 40 private and fully gated acres. From all windows of the house you can watch 2 horses and cattle grazing through the meadow. The evening sunsets are magical with deer & turkeys wandering through. Relax under the stars at our fire pit (all supplies provided). Let your kids run wild with water guns & a water fall pond to refill at! Located right off HWY 16 makes you only 10 minutes to downtown Rapid City and 20 minutes to Mt. Rushmore!

Horse Lovers Black Hills Bunkhouse

This is one of two cabins located on our working quarter horse ranch nestled in the splendor of the Southern Black Hills, of South Dakota. 4 miles from Hot Springs. Modern bunkhouse with queen and bunk bed, shower, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no wifi in the bunkhouse.
